Strategic Plan 2020 – 2025
To ensure the success of the MUT 2025 Strategic Plan, we must follow through
by incorporating the strategic initiatives into our everyday management,
operations, and decision making.
MUT intends to operate as an integrated
whole, with each element and component
contributing to the University mission and
vision, collaboratively and in a holistic fashion.
This approach will move the institution as a
whole toward the realisation of its Vision. The
performance information (or operational plans)
for the implementation of this Strategic Plan will
be managed through the proposed executive
management structure.
